2022

The foundations of action

The ideologue of the NOU movement undertook a rigorous analysis of the Haitian political landscape. Through a SWOT study (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats), he brought to light the deeper dynamics holding back national development.

Faced with chronic inaction and the repeated failures of previous governments, collective indignation became a driving force. Out of this critical awareness emerged a movement firmly oriented toward action, carrying a credible alternative and tangible hope for the country’s future.

The rise of a popular force

The launch of an ambitious campaign marked the emergence of a genuine political force, firmly committed to serving the nation. The party’s emblem gradually appeared throughout the streets of the capital, symbolizing a collective awakening and growing civic awareness.

The strategy took shape: tireless work began to rekindle the flame of a sleeping nation, determined to rise again in the face of its adversaries.

Organized reflection

In response to the security collapse, an initial NOU think circle was formed. Citizens, entrepreneurs and diaspora professionals joined forces to shape a pragmatic and credible political offer. Foundational documents laid the groundwork for a new vision rooted in reality and turned toward the future.

2025

Preparing the foundations

The founding documents of a better future were drafted. A group of patriotic, dynamic and clear-eyed visionaries gradually took shape. Meetings multiplied, ideas became sharper, and the torch of hope was lit, ready to guide the march toward change.

2026

The societal project

The foundations are ready and the national assemblies are being prepared. A broad citizen consultation is being organized. More than 200 experts, economists, sociologists, agronomists and technology engineers are working on a detailed framework program. This societal project defines the strategies needed to secure national independence and build a strong, sovereign and prosperous Haiti.
