What we collect, why, and how to exercise your rights.
The contact form collects your first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), along with the subject and content of your message. The membership enquiry form collects your first name, last name, email address and phone number (optional).
This information is sent to us by email and is not stored in a database by the website.
Data belonging to registered members of the movement is stored in a database reserved for NOU's administration, accessible only to authorised staff.
Donations are processed by Stripe. Payment details are entered directly with Stripe: this site neither collects nor stores your card numbers. We retain the amount, date and status of the transaction.
We rely on the following providers to operate the site: Vercel (hosting), Railway (database), Cloudinary (images and documents), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments). Each processes only the data required for its role.
Your data is used solely to answer your messages, process membership requests, manage donations and keep you informed about the movement's activities. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and object to its processing. Send your request to info@nouansanm.com: we will respond as promptly as possible.
