NOU - Gid Manb/Militant
Le Guide du Membre/Militant(e) de NOU est conçu comme un outil de référence et de formation pour tous ceux qui souhaitent s’engager activement dans la vie politique et citoyenne. Il présente les valeurs fondamentales du parti, ses orientations stratégiques, ainsi que les principes qui guident l’action militante au quotidien. Ce document offre aux membres et sympathisants une base claire pour comprendre la mission de NOU : promouvoir la démocratie, renforcer la participation citoyenne et défendre la justice sociale. Il met en avant les droits et devoirs du militant, les méthodes d’organisation, ainsi que les bonnes pratiques pour contribuer efficacement aux activités du parti. Il n’est pas seulement un manuel d’information ; il est aussi un instrument de mobilisation et d’unité. Il vise à inspirer chaque adhérent à devenir un acteur du changement, à porter la voix du peuple et à travailler pour un avenir plus équitable et solidaire.

La Constitution de 1987
Adoptée en mars 1987, la Constitution haïtienne représente un tournant majeur dans l’histoire politique du pays. Elle est le fruit d’une volonté populaire de bâtir un État démocratique, fondé sur la souveraineté nationale, la séparation des pouvoirs et le respect des droits fondamentaux. Ce texte fondateur établit les bases de la République moderne : il définit l’organisation des institutions, garantit les libertés individuelles et collectives, et consacre l’engagement du peuple haïtien envers la justice sociale et la démocratie. La Constitution de 1987 incarne l’aspiration à un avenir plus équitable et transparent. Elle demeure une référence incontournable pour comprendre le fonctionnement de l’État, les responsabilités des citoyens et les valeurs qui guident la nation.
